Energy and installations

Solar panels and electrical installations. We only carry out the small supporting works needed for our own projects: we do not do civil construction work.

Share

We complement the technical systems with electrical and solar generation installations. Supporting works (chasing, openings and making good) are limited to what our own installations need: we are not a civil construction company.

Electrical

Electrical installations and switchboards, connected to the other technical systems.

How a solar self-consumption system worksThe sun hits the panels, which produce direct current. The inverter converts it to alternating current for the home, which uses what it produces first. The surplus goes to the grid and, when there is a shortfall, the home draws from the grid. A battery is optional. A chart shows output over the day against consumption. 1. They convert sunlight into electricity (direct current). They produce most around midday.

  2. Converts direct current to alternating current, the kind the home uses, and manages the connection to the grid.

  3. The home uses what the panels produce first. The more you use during the day, the more you benefit.

  4. The surplus is fed into the grid and, at night or when there is no sun, the home draws from it again.

  5. Stores the day's surplus for use in the late afternoon and at night, increasing self-consumption.

Produce by day and use as much as possible at home. Illustrative curves. Actual output depends on orientation, tilt, shading and time of year.

How we can help

Installation

Supply and fitting of new equipment, with a design project where required.

Preventive maintenance
