Frequently asked questions

Do you work on every island in the Azores?

Yes. We have recorded interventions on all nine islands. Our head office is in Ponta Delgada, and travel between islands is agreed and quoted case by case.

How often should fire safety equipment be maintained?

It depends on the type of equipment, the manufacturer and the regulations that apply to your building (in the Azores, the fire safety in buildings regime approved by Regional Legislative Decree no. 6/2015/A, known as DLR 6/2015/A). We draw up a maintenance plan tailored to your building and let you know when each check is due.

How do I request technical support?

Call 296 282 690 during office hours or use the contact form. Interventions outside normal hours can be arranged with our team.

How does the quote work?

We reply to your request with a technical and commercial proposal that describes what is included. For more complex jobs, the proposal is preceded by a site visit.

Do I receive a record after the intervention?

Yes. Each intervention is recorded in a technical report, with photographs, which you can keep for your safety file.

Do you maintain equipment that you did not install?

In many cases, yes. It depends on the brand and on the availability of parts and technical documentation. Tell us what equipment you have and we will tell you what is possible.
