Who we are
The data controller is Extinçor - Engenharia e Segurança, Lda., NIF 513615806, with its registered office at Rua José das Neves Ferreira, 5, 9500-731 Ponta Delgada. Contact for privacy matters: info@extincor.pt.
What data we collect
Only what you fill in on the contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), subject, area, island and your message. The site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Your IP address is used only in memory, for one hour, to limit abuse of the form.
What we use it for
To reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare the proposal and provide the service. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request, and your consent.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with the request and, if it does not lead to a business relationship, up to 12 months. If you become a client, the data is processed under the terms of the contract and the applicable legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Requests are sent by email to our team. To host the site and to send and store those emails we use service providers that process data on our behalf, on servers in Europe. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@extincor.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Portuguese Data Protection Authority).
